An Online Yoga & SOmatic Movement Class for Women’s Pelvic Health & MObility

 

When: Sundays @ 10am MST

Location: On Zoom (you will be sent a zoom link upon registering for the class each week)

 
 

SOMA is a weekly online class integrating yoga, myofascial release, and somatic movement to support women’s pelvic health. Each session focuses on cultivating pelvic floor awareness, restoring healthy mobility patterns, and developing neurosensory literacy — learning to interpret and respond to our body’s signals. The practice is meant to foster whole-body integration, enhancing alignment, a deepened connection with your pelvic bowl and inviting ease throughout your entire system.

How to Prepare

  • Please log in a few minutes early to settle your space and check your audio/video.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe with ease.

  • A yoga mat, pilates ball (please purchase on amazon), yoga block, & bolster/pillow
