somatic Sex educator, pelvic Health & Intimacy Expert
I work with women navigating anxiety, burnout, chronic fatigue, body image challenges, pelvic pain, sexual intimacy issues, and a deep sense of disconnection from their body, creativity, or vitality — especially those who feel their symptoms are not fully resolving through conventional therapeutic or medical care.
My work sits at the intersection of nervous system health, trauma, emotional self-regulation, and pelvic wellness. I approach healing through the mind-body connection, understanding that our internalized beliefs, lived experiences, and habituated coping patterns are not just psychological — they are expressed through the tissues, posture, breath, and physiology of the body itself.
Many of the women I work with are highly capable and high-functioning on the outside, yet internally feel disconnected, overwhelmed, numb, or stuck. They are often seeking a trauma-informed, body-based approach to healing that helps them rebuild trust with themselves and reconnect to their body in a way they didn’t previously know was possible.
Common concerns I work with:
- Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, depression, or burnout
- Brain fog, chronic fatigue, or stress-related exhaustion
- Body image challenges and low self-esteem
- Chronic pelvic pain or frozen tension patterns (pelvis, tailbone, hips, lower back, neck, shoulders)
- Pelvic numbness, loss of sensation, or disconnection from the pelvic / womb space
- Low libido, difficulty with sexual intimacy, anorgasmia, or pain during intercourse
- Menstrual pain (including PCOS and endometriosis support, non-medical)
- Fertility support (from a nervous-system and embodiment perspective)
- Dysregulated relationships to food, exercise, and body control
