Anna Gouin is a visual artist, creator and yoga teacher based out of Squamish, BC. With a diverse background in art, design, yoga and meditation, Anna has developed an acute fascination for the way we interact with space and the materials and people that surround us. Her curiosity has taken her on a creative and deeply contemplative journey into many different fields. From working in set design, to teaching art to preschoolers, along with yoga and meditation, Anna continues to evolve her understanding of the role that creativity and inquiry play in our lives. Her work is highly concept driven and astute to further understanding our connection to self, and the way we are intimately tied to our experiences.

Anna holds a BA in Art History from the University of British Columbia, a Graduate Diploma in Interior and Spatial Design from IDS London, along with various qualifications in Painting and Drawing from Parsons School of Design, New York. With over 420 hours of registered Yoga Alliance teaching certifications, Anna also works to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, to heal patterns of dissociation through the therapeutics of yoga and self-care.
